These conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
ORDERS
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the web-site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web site.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our conditions set out below.
Non-acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances:
• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Back Orders
At times we may need to place your order on backorder if our suppliers do not have your item/s in stock or you order an item that has a specific release date. We will notify you the expected despatch date via email or if it is a pre release order this will be specified on our website. You are entitled to cancel items on back order however you are required to inform us of this within 24 hours of receiving our email notification. This is due to the fact that we need to cancel your order request with our suppliers.
Your Right To Cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order with us prior to us sending you the goods. Please note that if your order has been processed and sent we are unable to cancel it and therefore costs are at your expense.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website, changes in the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given are as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitation of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. All goods are subject to availability. SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.00
No hidden costs for free delivery, all prices stated are recommended retail price or below. Lots 4 Tots as a company are paying all carriage charges within the UK, over £50.00.
We can only ship any of our products to mainland UK at the present time.
Area outside the UK, please contact us for further details.
Lots4Tots is a Internet based online shop, because of this facility we are unable to hold stock of most items, we do however place orders immediately for products with the suppliers on a daily basis. If a particular product is out of stock we will inform you either by e-mail or by phone for an expected delivery date.
Please allow 5-7 working days for normal delivery.
Non-mainland/overseas customers will be advised by e-mail of the likely delivery date.
All deliveries must be signed for and any damages notified to us within two days of receipt of delivery. Any items not received must be advised within 14 days of the despatch confirmation e-mail in order that this can be investigated. We will not be responsible for any non-delivered items after this time or failure to advise us accordingly. Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address details have been supplied.
Delivery will take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries can be arranged but these will be charged at the couriers cost over and above the standard delivery charge.
Delivery to a work address can also be arranged but this must be specified at the time of order and be signed for by the purchaser.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Seliing Regulations, if you've received goods and have simple changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a refund, without a re-stocking fee, subject to the following conditions:
The item(s) is in stock condition i.e as it was when it was delivered to you.
You inform us of your desire to cancel within 7 working days of receipt of the product(s).
You arrange for the return, and we recommend returning the goods by registered or insured post.
You pay the return delivery charges.
Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.
Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in thier original packaging.
If goods are refused by us, because the above critera is not met, we'll return them to the customer and also charge the customer's credit card for the value of the carriage.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Product Guarantee :
All items purchased from this site are covered by a 6 months manufacture guarantee.
We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days. We may require the product back first for inspection.
Damage caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge may be made.
This Warranty does not affect you statutory rights.
Damages must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail. We will respond and advise what course of action must be taken in these circumstances.
